Password sign-in remains a fallback. Linked accounts or verified emails matching an existing user can use Google; new accounts need an admin invite.

1. First visit: enter your own email and the activation password from an administrator.
2. Set a personal password immediately after signing in (it cannot match the activation password).
3. After that, use only your email and personal password.
